with disabilities to remain living independently as an alternative to early nursing home placement. In 2005, the

The Caregiver Resource Center & Durable Medical Equipment Lending Closet serves the
elderly, adults with disabilities, their caregivers, families and health care providers with equipment, information, consultation,
guidance and support. In 2005, the

· Loaned 216 pieces of medical equipment and assistive devices
· Started the Circle
of Care support group for caregivers of Elderhaven clients

SeniorNet
Computer Learning Institute offers basic through advanced hands-on computer classes for older adults. The program is managed and taught
by retired volunteers. In 2005,
