the elderly and their families through education, advocacy, resources and support.
We accomplish this mission through our four programs:

We offer an individualized plan of care to meet the needs of each participant. Participants attend on a scheduled basis and services
may include the following:
Care and supervision
Assistance with activities of daily living
Recreation
Group and individual activities
Nursing care
Education
Medication assistance
Assessment by a Dietitian
Diabetic monitoring
Meals and snacks
Exercise
Personal care

Staff
Our beloved Marty Rose passed away Tuesday evening, August 11th, at her home.
Marty was a passionate advocate for seniors and their caregivers. She dedicated herself and her career to providing amazing care and love for the people she had the privileged to serve.
Marty was known as the dynamic leader of the Elderhaven Adult Day Center of Williamson County, formerly the Round Rock Adult Day Health Center. Marty was truly the heart of the adult day center program, having developed, established and led the program for its entire 18 years.
Marty's unending commitment to clients and their families was the foundation of the program and
she will be greatly missed. We at AGE were privileged to have her as part of our team for this past year. We and all the staff and and volunteers of Elderhaven Williamson County are dedicated to continuing her legacy by providing the highest level of care, programming and professionalism, just as Marty would have expected.
Services for Marty were held Monday, August 17th at 11AM at Wellspring United Methodist in Georgetown, Texas.
